“I have subcontracted with North American Pipeline Services, LLC (NAP) in October of 2013 and again in July of 2014 for two separate projects located along the waterfront of the Hudson River in Weehawken Township, Hudson County, New Jersey. The existing sites are located on a portion of the former commuter parking lot for the New York Waterway Ferry Terminal. Over the past 15 years, the site has been undergoing a redevelopment for a mixed use project known as Port Imperial with the construction of several multi-story residential buildings with structured parking garages, new roadways, and new infrastructure including a new storm sewer collection system with outfalls to the Hudson River.”
